Acoustic Ales Brewing Experiment- San Diego (Middle Town)

The tasting room at Acoustic Ales is in a different part of the historic building than the brewhouse, but it still has interesting décor to look at, and it is homey and relaxed. There are old photos of San Diego on the walls and other interesting artifacts to look at while tasting. One corner has some comfy chairs and sofa to lounge in while you taste. Staff members are friendly and accommodating.

While visiting, I tasted two of their beers: Willow Wolves IPA with Mandarina hops from the cask, and Run For The Hills IPA. Both brews were very good, but I only rated the Willow Wolves.

Flavor:  average duration; sweet balanced with acidic; light bitter.

Overall:  very nice

Cheers!
