I love making quick breads with beer as an ingredient. They are so easy to make and always delicious. I even won a Third Place ribbon once for one of my quick breads at the Alaska State Fair. When I won that ribbon I was the only male that entered a bread, and the other 55 women who entered were experienced bakers and grandmothers. To this day that pink ribbon hangs proudly in my kitchen.
On this page I used to post my entire collection of quick beer bread recipes, but I have so many I moved them to one of my boards on Pinterest.
You may view the growing recipe collection here. However, I left one below for you to use if you need a good one right now. I guarantee it is easy to make and bake, and it is delicious.
According to Gerald Norman, a member of Food.com, this is the “#1 recipe for Beer Bread in the world!” Incidentally, the last time I made bread with this recipe I used an Anchor Steam Liberty Ale and got great results.
